Tea Polyphenols & Natural Caffeine
 

  Green  tea  extract(also called tea polyphenols) is a natural antioxidant extracted from green tea leaves, and contain flavanols, flavanones, flavonols and their glycosides etc. As one of flavanols among them, catechins is the most active component, made up 60-80% of total amount of polyphenols. Catechins consists of several single catechins including GEC、D，L-C、EC、EGCG、GCG、ECG etc. It is widely used in the food , comestic, chemicals, etc as an ideal replacement of BHA,BHT. Meanwhile, antioxidants have been shown to prevent damage caused by free radicals to DNA and other molecules.
Tea polyphenols are widely used in food, beverage, aquatic, diary, grease, drug and health product and cosmetic, etc.
Tea caffeine is a kind of natural food addictive extracted from tea. It has many good functions, such as improving intelligence, strengthening heart, etc.
Tea caffeine revolve so quickly in human's super session that it has little side effect to man. It is a functional and nutritional additive for kinds of beverage. Now, there are more than 160 countries permiting the world adding caffeine in drinks.
